Our work spans the retail and wholesale markets and covers the contentious and non-contentious arenas. We offer extensive pre-advice services as well as assistance with product design and distribution. We are one of the few firms to combine FSA expertise with a substantial insurance practice, and we played a lead role at NGI. We have handled over 150 enforcement cases, defending major enforcement actions brought by FSA including split capital investment trusts, personal pension mis-selling, endowment mortgages, precipice bonds, conflicts and custody. Our internet-based incisive Law-Now analysis, free to all clients and contacts, provides informed commentary from recognised experts in the field.
